JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- - Support team in all activities of recruitment process such as: post job on recruitment websites, contact candidates, welcome candidates, arrange Test & Interview, input candidate database, deliver Test/Interview result to candidates…
- - Support for recruitment events and company’s activities such as: Career day/Job fair at University, KMS Recruitment day, and other events related to recruitment and employer branding
- - Other administrative required by supervisor
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- - For fresh graduated or 3rd/4th year students in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
- - Interest in HR, especially Recruitment
- - At least 6-month Full-time/Part-time Internship
- - Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- - Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email
- - Customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible
