JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
IM is established to build the best center by taking good care of current students, close to them and transform current students to be ILA ambassadors.
Tasks need to be done:
- Visibility
- Tracking current student stories (best student, testimonial, ESOL performance, loyalty customer)
- Centre event planning and execution
- Centre Facebook Management
- Internal Marketing budget for centre management
- Cross department interaction
- Tracking live 21st century project based presentation
- Coordinate with HO for global event management
- Provide raw content per HO instruction
- Oversee all POS programs
KPI:
- Decrease stop student rate
- Ensure good customer satisfaction score (CSS)
- Number of followers on center FB and interaction rate (like, share, comment number)
IM Executive:
- Report directly to IM manager
- Do the above tasks
- Planning/Tracking/Reporting in line with CM about budget for internal marketing of that centre and report to IM manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Good English skills to communicate with parents/AM/Teachers/CM
- Young and dynamic to run events and adapt to the fast change
- Social media knowlegde to manage centre FB
- Event experience to plan and execute event in centre
- People skill to coordinate well with all departments
- Logical thinking and smart.
