Eligibility To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

• have completed a bachelor degree and achieved a GPA of at least 3.3/4.0 (or 8.0/10 from a Vietnamese University) in that undergraduate program.
• have current evidence of English language proficiency at a level of IELTS 6.5 (no band below 6.0) or equivalent. For equivalent international English entry requirements, please view English equivalency requirements
