Postition: RECRUITMENT INTERNS

Our internships consist of hands-on learning through an assigned real tasks designed to provide you with direct experience in Generalist Human Resources.

As an intern, you will make an impact on the business as well as build your Human Resources skills and improve your personal development.

Some of the exciting tasks our former Human Resources Interns have worked on have included:

• Recruitment: you will be able to train on the job about recruitment process as screening and rating applications and applicants and collecting as well as structuring interview feedback.
• Employee Engagement, ex: Team building activities.
• Organizational culture building
• Other HR and Admin tasks assignment by Managing Director and Line Manager.

1. Requirement

• A last year students with Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or a related field of study.
• In good academic GPA standing
• Good at English both communication and writing
• Active, can-do attitude and eager to learn and develop your career path in Human Resources
