Job description:

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

1. Researching and assembling:

• Investor kits and materials

• Support materials for financial conferences and road shows

• Industry and peer analysis

• Database management

2. Account protocol:

• Monitor news and analyst reports

• Update peer comparison reports

• Update quarterly earnings calendars

• Provide summaries of financial earnings calls

• Update various financial reports

3. Account logistics:

• Coordinate client and agency mailings

• Assist IR team with IR plan deliverables

Other ad hoc tasks as necessary

• 4th year students or new graduates with Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related fields
• Exceptional English skills (especially writing skill)

• Responsible, diligent and willing to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
