Report to: Events Manager, Program Manager
General Job Description:
- Assists in budgeting, vendor procurement, and sponsorship, advertising/notification via web site, emails, and flyers in Newsletter and performs related duties as required.
- Coordinates for existing events such as business events, monthly networking event, Members Nights, regular annual events (Independence Day Family Picnic, Thanksgiving Golf Tournament & Lunch, Governors’ Ball), and special Committee events.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to details.
- Adaptability to workplace culture.
- Microsoft Office competencies: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a plus.
- Experience in event management is an advantage.
Working Time:
- 20 hours/week. Starting from September.
- At least 6-month commitment is required.
