1. Driver Operations Intern:
2. Main responsibilities

o   Driver acquisition: Maintain an over-supplying effort by engaging our drivers leads on a daily basis through various channels

o   Driver onboarding: Assist the Operations team to ensure incoming leads are onboarded in the most efficient way following Lalamove standards

o   Understanding driver operations standards: Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

o   Community management: actively moderate (bring people together), leverage, provide incentives and lead the driver community to shape the best service quality to users and the best worth for drivers

2. Driver Operations Executive:
3. Main Responsibilities:

o   Get drivers excited to join and stay working with Lalamove

o   Build and maintain long term relationship with drivers

o   Plan, organize and execute different marketing campaigns and activities for van drivers and app users

o   Attract and retain drivers by conducting training sessions and handling enquiries

o   Exceed individual and team targets & KPIs 

1. What you'll need:

o   University degree holder in business or related disciplines 

o   Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details

o   Strong communication skills.

o   Familiarity of using existing social media platforms

o   Have experience in event operation

3. Business Development Executive:
4.  Main responsibilities

o   Retain acquired business to a satisfactory level and increase penetration rate in existing business through planning and implementing retention and loyalty program;

o   Assist in achieving business targets through managing the effectiveness of all sales channels and daily operations;

o   Implement marketing campaigns and any other sales initiatives in a cost-effective manner with budgetary control;

o   Give suggestion to develop sales support tools like sales kit, operational manuals, training materials and premium gifts to ensure effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns;

o   Perform financial projections with profitability evaluation and resources planning;

o   Co-ordinate various internal and external parties to roll out sales & marketing campaign and manage the logistics of the roll-out and fulfillment;

o   Monitor sales performance, arrange sales reporting and undertake any short-term/long-term measures to improve sales performance;

o   Facilitate customer complaints to be handled in a prompt and professional manner.

1. What you'll need:

o   Degree Holder or above, preferably in marketing or business related subjects;

o   Min 1 year solid experience in account management or sales; experience in the logistics industry is highly preferred but not a must;

o   Outstanding sales and presentation & communications skills;

o   Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines;

o   Self motivated, responsible, proactive and take ownership and personal responsibility;

o   Hard working & friendly team player, enthusiastic and adaptable;

o   Proficiency in written Vietnamese & English; 

o   Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint

5. The Day-to-day activities

o   Understand and measure all stages of customer acquisition funnel from awareness to purchase

o   Integrate, cleanse, migrate and manage Marketing data. Help develop the creation, flow and analysis of key data

o   Uncover actionable insights about our business through complex data analysis and communicate those insights effectively to functional leaders

o   Automate and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports to provide key learnings and feedback (trends, patterns, irregularity) for the Growth Marketing team

o   Develop, execute, and report on growth experiments to provide insights to conversion rate optimization
