Key responsibilities:
° Join Helpdesk team and support internal users.
° Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
° Respond to queries either in person or over the phone/ email for customers seeking help.
° Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
° Support other colleagues to complete task timely.
Requirements:
° Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS and any IT related fields;
° Have analytical skills and problem solving capabilities;
° Excellent teamwork and inter-personal skills;
° Self-motivated individuals that are willing to develop solutions on their own or in a team of highly skilled professionals;
° Rapid learning capability and able to work under pressure;
° Fluency in English is advantage.
