· Tiếp đón tài xế xe tải tại điểm hỗ trợ lưu động và đào tạo tài xế sử dụng ứng dụng của Lalamove

· Thuyết phục tài xế tham gia chương trình dán Sticker của Lalamove

· Dán sticker của Lalamove lên xe tải của tài xế và kiểm soát chất lượng dán sticker

· Di chuyển đến các địa điểm được phân công quanh khu vực điểm hỗ trợ của Lalamove để tìm kiếm nguồn đối tác tài xế mới.

· Tư vấn và thuyết phục các tài xế di chuyển đến điểm hỗ trợ để tham gia vào chương trình đối tác tài xế xe tải công nghệ của Lalamove.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales and lead sourcing: acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and to ensure weekly sales targets are achieved
  • Negotiation and closing of deals: Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and to ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership
  • Sales operations: ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are implemented in a timely and accurate manner
  • Brand ambassador: become the face of Lalamove when engaging local partners to promote our services and values

Main responsibilities 
  • Driver acquisition & training: Constantly maintain an over-supplying effort by keeping a healthy pipeline of leads, by efficiently scheduling and training and effectively retaining drivers on the platform. 
  • Driver and Community management: Actively moderate (bring people together), leverage, incentivise and manage the driver community to shape the best service quality to users and the best worth for drivers to maximize driver retention
  • Understanding driver operations standards: Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
