We are looking for Data Analyst Assistant to join us to assist our Data Science team to conduct research and analysis and build production-scale Data Science algorithms on real and rich data sets, to help us with our Collection process optimization. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow your Data Science and Machine Learning skills, and experience how to apply it in the real-world use case to solve business problems.

Responsibilities

· Translate and annotate recorded conversations into Text – to prepare training and evaluation data for Speech to Text Models

· Analysing phone conversations in both audio and text format to identify trending words and arguments

· Label Text data using provided software

· Perform analysis on the Machine Learning model results and generate analysis reports

Requirements

· Background in Computer Science is preferred

· Experience in Machine Learning, especially on Speech to Text and Natural Language Processing is a big plus

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese is required

· Good written and verbal communication skills in English is required

· Good knowledge and skills on MS Office software

· Signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement to handle sensitive data

· Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
