1. Sourcing and purchasing CHB, inland trucking and VAS around of Vietnam
2. Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of buying rate to ensure a good rate supply to meet Local Product requirement
3. Maintenance and update list of approved vendors/ suppliers and evaluate suppliers according to their performance
4. Searching for new inland vendors/ suppliers and maintaining good relationships with existing inland vendors/ suppliers to generate better purchasing/ payment conditions with them.
5. Participate in any meeting to maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders/relevant dept for tenders/ project and daily requirement.
6. Make cost comparisons and provide buying costs to Local Product.
7. Provide sourcing recommendation lists after negotiations and consideration
8. Maintain supplier/vendor and commodity buying lists
9. Prepare and review contract with vendors/ Suppliers bidding process
10. Do other arising tasks (if required)
11. Report to team leader

- The ideal candidate holds a Business Economics; Foreign Trading or Transportation Economic.
- The candidate possesses strong analytical skills and has experience developing procurement strategies and able to handle larger negotiations
- Experience doing procurement in or project management in inland transportation and Customs house broker is a strong advantage
- At leasr 3 years experienced in procurement in a leading company.
- Strong contract skills to maximize the outcome of contracts and negotiations
- Strong understanding of products, market prices of related supplies and its sources, in local market
- Negotiation, cost & material analysis, creative & logistical thinking, problem solving, report writing. Team building and management skills.
- Fluent English speaking & writing
- Good command of MS Word, Excel, Power point and Vison
- Pro-active and adaptable. Integrity and honesty.
