Launched in 2017, Smart education is the English center directly managed by Smart Investment Co., LTD. With the criteria of taking the student as the focus of the entire training program and development of the education standard. Smart education specializes in teaching and training skills to take the competency assessment test in English ( TKT, TESOL, IELTS, TOEIC, CEQ,..).

1. TEACHING ASSISTANT (TA) – HOURLY/PART-TIME

Candidates: 2

 

a. Job Description

  • Perform teaching duties and administrative activities related to teaching (which may include extra-curricular activities).
  • Teaching according to the available curriculum. Encourage lecturers to contribute ideas, adjust, and optimize the curriculum for students.
  • Responsible for lesson planning, preparation, assessment of students, and to attend certain other training/events as required by the company.
  • Tutor, review class material with students by discussing the text, working solutions to problems, or reviewing worksheets or other assignments.
  • Mark and provide appropriate feedback on written work.

b. Job Requirements

  • High School Graduation (Current university students from the 1st year above are also preferable)
  • Age: Under 28 years old.
  • Skills: Standard Pronunciation. Communication and take care of students, Good at conveying knowledge.
  • Other Qualifications: IELTS 7.0 and above (without IELTS certification, you must pass our ability test)
  • Holding strong confidence and critical thinking skills will be an important decisive factor.

c. Salary

  • 70.000 VND - 150.000 VND/ HOUR.

 

2. ENGLISH TEACHERS – HOURLY/PART-TIME/FULL-TIME 

Candidates: 4

a. Job Description

  • Perform teaching duties and administrative activities related to teaching (which may include extra-curricular activities) at one or multiple centers.
  • Be responsible for lesson planning, preparation, assessment of students, and to attend certain other training/events as required by the company.
  • Teaching according to the available curriculum. Encourage lecturers to contribute ideas, adjust, and optimize the curriculum for students.
  • Review class material with students by discussing the text, working solutions to problems, or reviewing worksheets or other assignments.
  • Mark and provide appropriate feedback on written work.
  • Having the ability to work in the evenings and/or at the weekend.

b. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited university with IELTS 7.5 and above. (Current university students from the 1st year above are also preferable)
  • Holding Teaching qualification (CELTA/TESOL/TEFL or equivalent). If candidates do not have the required teaching qualifications, we will sponsor candidates to join the training courses at accredited partners (IDP/ British Council/ University of Cambridge and so on).
  • Being knowledgeable of Test Prep (IELTS/PTE/TOEFL/SAT/TOEIC) formats and teaching techniques or experienced in teaching.
  • Holding strong confidence, excellent communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills will be an important decisive factor.

c. Salary 

 

  • 250.000 VND - 900.000 VND/ Hour

 

3. MARKETING EXECUTIVE/ ASSISTANT MANAGER (FULLTIME/PART-TIME)

Candidates: 1

a. Job Discription

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy according to objectives and budget.
  • Provide advice on branding, positioning, communications, and other marketing issues.
  • Give direction to marketing efforts with the most effective methods and tools.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends and share best practices knowledge and insights.
  • Execute strategic tasks and monitoring outcomes.
  • Ensure the KPIs in company requirements.

b. Job Requirements

  • Priority is given to students studying the respective major (Current university students from the 1st year above are also preferable)
  • Under 28 years old.
  • Demonstrated experience as a marketing consultant or a similar role
  • Able to effectively and creatively write proposals, reports & content
  • Able to know and executive Facebook/Google ads
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically
  • Proficient in MS Office/Working knowledge of IT and marketing software (e.g. CRM/Photoshop/etc)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills

c. Working Time 

 

  • Flexible time. Depending on candidates’ schedules

4. PROGRAMME ADVISOR/MANAGER/COLLABORATOR (PART-TIME/ FULL-TIME)

Candidates: 4

a. Job Description

  • Customer consultation, tailoring of course to customer needs, calculate and inform course price.
  • Manage customer walk-ins, telephone, and email inquiries.
  • Direct sales & telesales.
  • Coordinate class opening and scheduling with other Education Consultants, Center Coordinators and other related personnel to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and regular follow-up to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to maximize referral and renewal opportunities.
  • Take excellent care of students and build trust with parents to foster customer loyalty.
  • Show passion and commitment to ensure students reach their educational goals
  • Maintain center facilities and related equipment: clean, tidy, workable.
  • Manage center issues, receive student/parent feedback and complaints, and de-escalate and resolve wherever possible.
  • Identify opportunities for center improvement, work process improvement, and service delivery to customers.
  • Uphold company values and ethics and strictly follow company policies and management directives.
  • Share Best Practices with other staff members and fellow centers.
  • Perform tasks as assigned by the Center Manager and Center Supervisor.
  • Assist other centers and staff as needed.

 

b. Job Requirements

  • Strong preference is given to individuals with customer-facing experience in educational sales and/or service industry.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • High School Graduation (Current university students from the 1st year above are also preferable).
  • Having the ability to find new customers, based on candidates’ relationship and database at Call centers.
  • Strong customer service mindset and striving for sales and service excellence.
  • Results-driven with determination to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Professional workplace behavior.
  • Clean and tidy in appearance with grooming standard.
  • Good organizational, planning, complaint handling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good PC skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
