In 2021, DHL's Fresher Program is opening for multiple departments:

Ho Chi Minh City:

1. Human Resources

You will be exposed with First Choice - our Continuous Improvement Program.

3. Information Technology
Our backbone team with the 3 core domains: Service Management, Program Delivery & Customer Facing.

5. Customer Service
You’ll be providing help and support not only to our customers, but also to our internal network globally.

6. Commercial - Retail Sales Channel

7. Operations - Process/Industrial Engineering

IN THIS FRESHER PROGRAM

You will join a 12-month program including classroom training, on-the-job-training, and hands-on experience.
You will be coached and mentored by our Superstars in the international Logistics industry.
You will be embedded in the functional working process at one of the following departments: Human Resources, General Management Office, Operations, Customer Service, IT, Finance, and Commercial.
You will have the opportunity to get the job offer from DHL Express Vietnam after the program.

HERE’S WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

You are a fresh graduate or about to be, because you will need to join a full-time training and working schedule.
Your GPA is from 3/4 and above.
You demonstrate the English proficiency level with TOEIC 800 or IELTS 6.0 or equivalent English certificates
