JOB DESCRIPTION
_ Support HR team in aspects of Compensation & Benefits (e.g. Time & attendance, salary, leave, social insurance…).
_ Support HR team to manage database and documents of store staff.
_ Assist HR team in introducing labor regulations, company policies and procedure to new store staff.
_ Assist HR team in processing documents at government organizations
_ Other C&B or HR duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
_ Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or business-related field
_ Strong interest in HR management
_ Good interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
_ Results-oriented & initiative-taking
_ Ability to work independently
_ Strong organizational and management skills, able to manage work and multiple members on a team
_ Able to balance priorities & resilience
_ Good at English and computer literate.
EXPERIENCE : 0 - 1 YEAR
SALARY : 3,000,000 - 5,000,000.
