- Undertake meticulous code evaluations to ensure compliance with best practices, security norms, and coding standards.
- Work with diverse teams to grasp project needs and integrate smart contract solutions.
- Create, code, and deploy secure smart contracts using Solidity and Rust.
- Partner with blockchain experts, software developers, and other key stakeholders to smoothly integrate smart contracts into blockchain systems.
- Stay informed about advancements in blockchain tech, smart contract languages, and DeFi.
- Offer technical support and insights to team members as required.
- Regularly audit existing smart contracts for security vulnerabilities and rectify them.
- Contribute actively to the creation of innovative smart contract solutions and functionalities.
- Set up and oversee automated testing protocols to ensure the dependability and strength of smart contracts.
- Produce detailed technical documentation for smart contracts, ensuring clarity and aiding future collaborations and references.
Keep updated with the latest security norms and industry practices to bolster smart contract security.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent;
- Good English proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly and explain technical topics.
- 3+ years of experience with Solidity development
- Vietnam time (GMT+7), available to sync tasks for 3–4 hours in the evening.
- ERC-721, ERC-1155, and marketplace mechanics.
- Staking, reward distribution, vesting, and fee/treasury management.
- Chainlink VRF, price feeds, and secure randomness.
- Reentrancy protection, front-running mitigation, access control, and audit preparation.
- On-chain/off-chain balance and gas optimization techniques ethers.js, viem, wagmi.
- Foundry/Hardhat with comprehensive testing.
Cross-functional collaboration with backend, product, and design teams.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using TypeScript as the core backend language.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring clean API design, robust validation, and consistent error handling.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including complex queries, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.
- Develop and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, leveraging S3, EventBridge, Secrets Manager, and ElastiCache, with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) tests, with a strong QA mindset.
- Build and integrate Web3 features using ethers.js, such as NFT marketplaces, provenance tracking, and other blockchain-based functionality.
- Work with modern JavaScript tooling, including the Bun runtime and Elysia.js framework.
- Use Prisma ORM for database schema management and query building.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, and blockchain teams, and clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and production support.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent;
- Good English proficiency, with the ability to communicate clearly and explain technical topics.
- 5+ years of backend development experience using JavaScript and/or TypeScript, matching the role requirements.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript for backend systems.
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including advanced querying, indexing, and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of REST API design, error handling, and validation patterns.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, including S3, EventBridge, Secrets Manager, and ElastiCache.
- Experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Strong knowledge of testing practices (unit, integration, E2E).
- Practical Web3 experience, especially with ethers.js and NFT-related systems.
- Experience with Bun and Elysia.js is a strong plus.
